1. Overview of Services

Wedding Curations by Miriam provides elevated wedding planning, coordination, and

event management services. Each experience is uniquely curated, and full details of

your service are outlined in your signed Service Agreement.

2. Booking & Service Agreement

To secure your wedding date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are

required. No date is held without both items. Planning and communication begin

immediately upon booking.

3. Payment Terms

Your non-refundable retainer reserves your date and initiates service. Remaining

balances follow the payment schedule in your contract. Late or missed payments may

pause service or incur fees. All balances must be paid in full prior to your event date.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of wedding planning, the retainer is

strictly non-refundable. Additional payments may be refundable only according to the

timelines and rules stated in your contract. Work already performed—including

planning, communication, meeting time, and vendor outreach—is not refundable.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If your new date is available, payments may

transfer. If unavailable, cancellation terms apply. Additional fees may apply for

expanded planning work due to the date change.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate details, respond promptly, communicate changes,

attend scheduled appointments, and handle all vendor-related payments and

contracts. Delays in providing information may affect planning timelines.

7. Our Responsibilities

We provide guidance, support, and professional planning services with elegance,

detail, and intention. Our team aims to deliver a seamless, elevated experience

throughout your planning journey.

8. Vendor Policies & Relationships

We recommend and coordinate with trusted vendors; however, all vendors operate

under their own policies. Wedding Curations by Miriam is not responsible for vendor

performance, availability, or contractual obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for vendor performance issues, venue errors, weather, natural

events, illness, emergency changes, or loss of personal property. Our maximum

liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services not yet rendered.

10. Force Majeure

If unforeseen circumstances arise—such as natural disasters, government

restrictions, power outages, or emergencies—we are not responsible for delays or

inability to perform services. Refunds will follow contractual terms; the retainer

remains non-refundable.

11. Changes to Services

Any change to service scope, travel requirements, logistics, or meeting frequency may

require an updated agreement and additional fees. All changes must be agreed upon

in writing.

12. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to misuse the platform, copy content, or

attempt unauthorized access. All information submitted must be truthful.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, documents, and materials are the intellectual property

of Wedding Curations by Miriam and may not be copied or reproduced without written

consent.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which

outlines how personal information is collected, stored, and used.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Wedding
